SLP
Speech-Language services encompass a wide range of interventions aimed at addressing communication and related disorders in individuals. These services are provided by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP’s) who are trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat various communication issues. Our services are provided by an SLP dedicated to helping children overcome challenges related to: speech sounds, literacy (reading and writing skills, including phonological awareness, decoding, reading comprehension, and spelling), motor speech disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders (difficulties with sucking, chewing, swallowing, and managing food textures), social communication, language (language - understanding and expressive language - using words and sentences), and fluency (stuttering).
The focus of speech-language services is on providing functional and meaningful interventions that are tailored to the needs of children and their families. This means that therapy is designed to help children communicate effectively in their daily lives, whether at home, school, or in social settings. The goal is to enhance the child's ability to participate fully in their community and to support their overall development and well-being.

Respite Care
Our Respite Programs are designed to provide parents and caregivers a short period of rest and relief from their caregiving responsibilities. These breaks allow parents and caregivers a break in order to avoid burnout or crisis. Many parents and caregivers use this opportunity to take care of necessary daily responsibilities aside from caregiving including time to themselves. Regular breaks between the child receiving care and the families or primary caregiver are key to developing a healthy relationship and bond with the child.
